„Žalgiris“ ištraukė ylą iš maišo ||| TV3 melas (papildžiau)

– „Žalgiris“ ką tik paskelbė viešą kreipimąsi į TV3.
Pasirodo, ant “Žalgirio“
komandos žaidėjų marškinėlių nėra jokių alkoholio produktų logotipų, salėje jų
taip nėra matyti. Vadinasi, ką tik žlugo TV3
propaganda, skelbianti,
kad jie NEGALI transliuoti varžybų tiesiogiai. Žalgirio paskelbtas kreipimasis:
Eurolygos rungtynes Lietuvoje transliuojančios TV3
televizijos sausio 3 d. programoje Kauno „Žalgirio“ ir Sienos „Montepaschi“
rungtynių tiesioginė transliacija nėra numatyta. Savo sprendimą tiesiogiai
netransliuoti krepšinio rungtynių TV3 televizija viešai argumentuoja dėl
Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo priimtų naujų Alkoholio kontrolės įstatymo pataisų,
kurios skelbia, kad nuo 6 val. iki 23 val. per televiziją negali būti
transliuojama jokia alkoholio reklama.
Vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba patvirtino, jog per
Eurolygos rungtynių transliacijas ant krepšininkų marškinėlių bei krepšinio
arenose matomi alkoholinių gėrimų gamintojų logotipai bus laikomi reklama.
Informuojame, kad šį sezoną ant Kauno „Žalgirio“ krepšinio
komandos Eurolygos marškinėlių nėra jokių alkoholinių gėrimų gamintojų
logotipų. Ant Kauno sporto halės parketo, kurioje žaidžiamos Eurolygos
„Žalgirio“ namų rungtynės, alkoholinių gėrimų gamintojų logotipų taip pat nėra.
Tiesiogiai netransliuojant Eurolygos rungtynių, nukenčia
visi Kauno „Žalgirio“ komandos rėmėjai, kurie tęsiantis tokiai situacijai gali
atsisakyti remti komandą. Norime informuoti, kad komandos rėmėjų pretenzijos
dėl neįvykdytų susitarimų tiesiogiai netransliuojant Eurolygos rungtynių bus
perteiktos TV3 televizijai.
Atsižvelgdami į susidariusią padėtį ir rūpindamiesi
krepšinio gerbėjų noru Eurolygos rungtynes matyti tiesiogiai norėtume
pasiteirauti kokiomis priemonėmis Kauno „Žalgirio“ krepšinio klubas galėtų
prisidėti prie susidariusios padėties ištaisymo, kad Eurolygos rungtynės būtų
transliuojamos tiesiogiai.
Ną ką, TV3 dar turi keletą valandų
bandyti pataisyti savo įvaizdį ir šiandien tiesiogiai parodyti krepšinio
varžybas, kitaip krepšinio fanai sms turėtų rašyti ne Matului su Vėsaite, o TV3
vadovams…
O
šiaip nepavydėtinoje situacijoje dabar TV3 – jei šįvakar parodys krepšinį tiesiogiai, bus akivaizdu,
kad jų klipai ir pareiškimai tebuvo šmeižtas siekiant padėti alkoholio
gamintojų interesams, jei neparodys – krepšinio sirgaliai vis tiek netrukus
supras, kad jie buvo apmulkinti, nes varžybas TV3 galėjo rodyti nenusižengdama jokiems
įstatymams.

pareiškimą pastebės tos žiniasklaidos priemonės, kurios garsiausiai skelbė

Juokinga – televizija, kuri bando „gelbėti“
tautą nuo „krepšinio sunaikinimo“ negali sureaguoti į „Žalgirio“ svetainėje
paskelbtą tekstą, patys susisiekti su „Žalgiriu“ ir imtis veiksmų – bet elgiasi
priešingai, lyg kokia biurokratinė institucija („Sunku pasakyti, ar halėje
nėra reklaminių stendų su alkoholio reklama“ – TV3, mėgstat humorą?). Per kelias valandas
jie juk dar spėtų pasirengti tiesioginei transliacijai, neabejoju (nes
rungtynes vis tiek bus filmuojamos). Va tau ir sporto patriotai, alaus
gurmanai.

Krepsinis.net komentaruose pastebėjau krepšinio sirgaliaus žinutę:
"ziuriu tv3 pries 10 min apacioj eilute praejo kad tiesiogei nerodys".
Jei parašė tiesą, tai tada TV3 pasirašė sau sirgalių nuosprendį. Gal TV3 vadovybė nematė, kaip per Kalėdas buvo puolami Vėsaitė ir Matulas???

Kas įdomu - kai žiniasklaidai nenaudinga, ji nedaro jokių išvadų, tik pateikia "žalią" info. Kaip kad šiuo atveju - perspausdinamas "Žalgirio" laiško tekstas, bet nė žodžiu daugiau apie tai, kad TV3 anksčiau teigė priešingai, kad galbūt čia buvo manipuliuojama interesais ir t.t. - kitaip tariant, nutylima tai, ką reikia nutylėti, ir paskelbiama tik tai, ko neišvengs nuslėpti. Įdomu stebėti tokius lietuviškus žaidimus..:]

O aš laukiu, ką į "Žalgirio" pareiškimą atsakys TV3? Tikrai negalės pasiteisinti, jog neparuoštos kameros ar dar kas - juk yra pasiruošę rodyti vaizdo įrašą, o kad tai padarytų turi nufilmuoti rungtynes realiu laiku :)
Bet bus taip: TV3 apsimes, kad "Žalgirio" pareiškimo nebuvo, o likusi žiniasklaida niekam iš TV3 vadovybės neužduos apie tai jokių klausimų. Bet nemanau, kad krepšinio sirgaliai tylės…

o tv3 manau ras budu kaip irodyt kad ju argumentai teisingi - simple, jiems reikes tik nufilmuoti kalnapilio logo kur nors, kad ir koki sirgaliaus bokala stambiu planu.

Būtų įdomu sužinoti, kodėl "Žalgiris" viešai reagavo tik dabar. Spėju, kad tikrai buvo kalba su TV3, bet galbūt šie nenusileido ir nenorėjo rodyti tiesiogiai ir dėl to "Žalgiriui" neliko nieko kito, kaip paskelbti viešą kreipimąsi.

Na, sis parodijos teatras jau baigia nusibosti. TV3 taip aukstai issoko, kad nusileidimas bus nerealiai skaudus. Man tik nesuprantamas, kokius teisininkus TV3 samdo, kad ie tokie durni arba koks durnas p. Petrauskas snekedamas tokias nesamones.

O čia jau darosi įdomu - "Žalgiris" susipyks su TV3 :] Bet tose Balso nuotraukose "Kalnapilio" reklama matyti ant stendų ir šokėjų - jeigu "Žalgiris" teigia, kad ant stendų jos šįvakar nebus, negi jie drįstų taip įžūliai meluoti? Nuotraukos juk iš ankstesnių rungtynių, galbūt situacija pasikeitusi? Gal su "Kalnapiliu" sutarta, jog TV matoma reklama bus pašalinta tam, kad būtų galima tiesiogiai rodyti reklamas? Trūksta aiškumo šioje situacijoje, tikrai.
Kita vertus, alaus gamintojai jau pasiekė savo - dabar visi atidžiai seks rungtynes ir žiūrės, ar kur kampe nekyšo alaus reklama - ko dar geresnio galėjo tikėtis kalnapiliai ir švyturiai, nei jų reklamos medžiojimas :]

Jau pirmasyk pamačius TV3 panikos pilna reklamą, kurioje Matulas su Vėsaite yra prilyginami Tėvynės išdavikams, buvo aišku, kur čia šuo pakastas - TV3 ne tik kad nepasimokė iš savo klaidų per EČ (kai siekiant užsidirbti kuo daugiau pinigų iš reklamos buvo "uždengiamos" net pačios rungtynės), bet vėl labai įžūliai spjovė į krepšinio megėjams į veidą. Aišku, norėt užsidirbt daugiau yra gerai, bet reikia tai daryti sąžiningai. Šaunuoliai, garbės žodis, bus labai įdomu stebėti, kaip TV3 srėbs košę, kuria pati užvirė.

Galbūt. Bet kuriuo atveju, "Žalgiris" šiuo veiksmu įrodo, kad derėtis su juo buvo galima ("Nuimkit stendus, rodysim tiesiogiai"), jie savo ruožtu jau būtų kalbėję su "Kalnapiliu". Tačiau matyt pačiai TV3 televizijai nebuvo noro derėtis - nes tokia situacija jiems (arba už jų stovintiems interesams) palanki.

Klausimas: kodel Zalgiris neparashe nieko apie tai, kad yra pasirenges Kalnapilio reklamu nerodyti reklaminiuose skyduose? Kodel apie juos isvis ne zodzio nera? Sokejos kartais puikiai matomos per televizija, tikrai nesakykite, kad nesate ju mate tiesiogiai per TV. Na bet cia detales, jei jau skydu nebutu, tai ir sokejos tu kostiumu neapsivilktu. Sienos su didziule reklama irgi galima nerodyti, bet kodel Zalgiris taip pabrezia, kad alaus reklamos nera ant grindu taip sudarydamas neteisinga ispudi lyg tvirtintu, kad alaus reklamos visai nera haleje?

Viena iš priežasčių kodėl TV3 nenori rodyti Žalgirio rungtynių nes nenori "pasišiukšlinti" prieš Lietuvos rytą. Nes ten, greičiausiai, kad yra Švyturio reklama. O Lietuvos rytui irgi nenaudingi šie reklamos draudimai, nepamirškime, kad jie nusipirko TV5 ir gali būti taip, kad ten ateityje bus rodomos ir Ryto krepšinio rungtynės.

Internetas, ne komandos pasirašo sutartį su televizijom dėl transliacijos, o televizijos perka transliacijas iš lygų, dėl to 5 kanalas net ir labai norėdamas negalėtų pirkt pvz eurolygos - tokius dalykus dažniausiai daro dideli TV tinklai, kaip pavyzdžiui Viasat, kurie pasirašo sutartį su lyga tinklo mastu ir paskui paskirsto transliacijas per įvairias sau priklausančias televizijas skirtingose šalyse.

Seniai nebežiūriu televizijos vien dėl per didelio kiekio reklamų, po Europos čempionato ir Švyturio nebegeriu. Bent taip individualiai reiškiu protestą.
Kas dėl TV3 - tai čia nuo pat pradžios viskas buvo aišku. Aišku kas ir kodėl kursto fanus. Po šio Žalgirio pareiškimo TV3 galutinai parodė kieno interesai svarbesni. Gaila, kad tie interesai tikrai ne žiūrovo… Žemiau nusiristi TV3 fruktams nebėra kur.

Na aš aišku ne įstatymų specialistas, bet žiūriu dabar per Viasat šias rungtynes, tai ant Halės sienos yra didelis Kalnapilio reklaminis stendas ir ekrane jis laikas nuo laiko parodomas :)

Kodėl turi būti nuimtos tos reklamos, jei gyvai nerodo per LT? Jei nerodoma per nacionalinę TV, tai nors ir viskas gali būt apklijuota kalnapiliu. Nukabint brezentą su kalnapilio logo neužtruktų nė valandos. Šokėjos šoktų tik su Vyckos reklamom (realiai mes jų kaip ir nematom per transliacijų pertraukas) ir nereikia čia pūst burbulo, kad Žalgiris š sumalė su savo pareiškimu.

Kaip manot, kodel tiek Kalnapilio reklamu pilna halej? Todel, kad uz duotus pinigus Zalgiris isipareigojo sutartimi taip, taip ir taip juos reklamuot (klubas savo pareishkime nepasake absoliuciai nieko apie galimybe paslepti haleje esancias Kalnapilio reklamas). Jei kazka panaikina savavalishkai - sutarties nesilaikymas ir potencialiai negauna pinigu bei nesumoka algos kuriam nors svarbiam zaidejui. Manot, kad Kalnapilis, ikishes kruva pinigu, dabar taip geranorishkai del kazkokios tiesiogines transliacijos ims ir sutiks, kad Zalgiris panaikintu visas ju reklamas halej? Geriau jau but matomam vidurnakti, per Viasat, per interneta, negu visai nematomam. Jei jus butumet skyre Zalgiriui tikrai didele suma, sutiktumet va taip lyg niekur nieko panaikint visas jusu reklamas? HAU :)

Visiskai teisingas Bauziaus komentaras (cia per 3 auksciau nuo mano komentaro) - jei TV3 butu noreje transliuot, stendus buvo galima nukabint, tam Zalgiris aisku patvirtinima dave, o sokeju juk nesimato - tuo metu rodoma reklama. Kalnapilis is sio skandalo ir taip reklama jau pasidare. O TV3 tikrai pasishiko sikart, stipriai ir jau matyt galutinai.

Stendai, kuriuos stengesi TV3 rezisieriai vis ikist i kadra (kas parsisius irasa, butinai stebekit rungtyniu pradzia, kamolio ismetima. rezisieriai butinai per visa kadra paeme kalnapilio stenda.) nera skirti tv trancliacijoms - jie labiau salej sedintiems ziurovams. Be to kalnapilio stendas uz A tribunos, ja retokai filmuoja, nes ji nieko neipatinga… Butu uz E tribunos (kur sabas sypso ir snoro didelis plakatas) kur zalgirio fanai sedi - tada suprasciau.
Manau viska buvo galima padaryti kad transliacija (bent jau zalgirio) butu. Zalgiris buvo nusiteike bendradarbiaut. taciau…. yra kaip yra… grazias pergales klausem per ziniu radija ar ziurejom triukciojancius vaizdus.
Ironiska, taciau manau kad ir metodai nepasieke savo tikslu - alaus vartojamas padidejo :) bent jau is savo artimos aplinkos galiu taip teigti :)
Ir dar ironiska (tiesa sakant pro asaras), kad prasidejusi viasat transliacija parode besibaigianti LT himna: "Vardan tos Lietuvos, vienybe tezyyyyyydi….." :)

Bet dabar idomu kaip bus kita savaite Slovenijoj? As esu eurolygos tv abonentas viso sezono, tai dabar paziurejau rungtynes Olimpia-Siena Liubliana. Tai ten kalnapilio stendu tikrai nera. Nejuokinkit manęs tie, kurie čia rašot, kad "Žalgiris" kažką pamelavo. O stendai ir nebuvo perprogramuoti todėl, kad TV3 net nesileido į jokias kalbas dėl tieioginės transliacijos. Ko jau ko bet, kad TV3 apdrėbs krepšinio sirgalius tokiu sh, tai nesitikėjau… Kadangi kabelinės neturiu, o tv3.lt nuolat nulūždavo, tai kaip koks asilėlis "žiūrėjau" rungtynes per Žinių radiją. Niekada to nepamiršiu. TV3 - prarasta TV.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to.
